Eurêkoi Network
Eurêkoi is a remote network-based answering service. Currently, 47 libraries pool their skills and resources to provide the public with free answers within 72 hours max. The complete list of participating libraries is available on the website of the network.
The service is free and open to all. Questions can be asked on the Bpi web site, via a form on the website www.eurekoi.org or on the websites of participating libraries. Since June 2011, Eurêkoi also responds directly on Facebook.
No question will remain without a response, within the limitations of the charter. Even when a request is not part of the expertise of a librarian (a legal or medical consultation, for example), a redirection or possible avenues of research are provided.
Each library can decide to turn over its questions-and-answers to the database on national or global knowledge. They can thus be accessible on the network web site.

Librarians who want to participate in the network are invited to consult the professional website of the network where a complete list of FAQs is accessible.
